Conrad’s Candy

Conrad’s Candy is the online home for Conrady’s Candy in Westwood, New Jersey.  The website features a shopping cart, as well as a content management system to update and keep the site current with pictures and information.

Conrad’s Candy is powered by the open source CMS Joomla, which enables the owners to manage the content of the website on their own if they wish.  The shopping cart is another open source product, Virtuemart, which fully integrates with Joomla.

The domain has an SSL certificate to ensure secure transactions.  Credit card orders are processed by the well respected Authorize.net, or customers can pay with PayPal as well.

The design of the site was professionally created specifically for Virturemart, then customized by 6th Gear Software to fit the needs and style of Conrad’s.
